If anyone can help, it would be appreciated. I probably have my settings wrong somewhere, but can't find the problem. Everything on AW site working fine except the inventory.
When I click the link for Inventory, the page loads with five images. When I try to view 100 items on a page from the pulldown menu, it doesn't change. I get a message in the lower taskbar that says error in yellow(using IE 6.0). Also I'm unable to delete any items in my inventory. These items were working fine a couple of months ago. Three weeks ago I had to re-install windows and upgraded AW version 4.2 then also. Sold some items this week and have been unable to delete them.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Hi Danmcd,
You might want to check your browser's java script settings. If you want, I can set your inventory to 100 if you continue to have trouble with your browser. What happens when you try to delete from inventory?

Sonya,
I've tried changing the Java settings with no change. I will also try from another computer to see if I can find out anything. I'm not sure what could be wrong. I also have Zone Alarm on my computer, but it worked fine a couple months ago and I had the Zone Alarm on for months without a problem. If would set my inventory to 100 , I would appreciate it.
As for seleting items, when I click the delete buton, nothing happens.

Sonya,
At the main inventory screen, only the "New" and "Refresh" buttons do anything. The other five ,including the delete do nothing.

Hello danmcd,
I am not sure why this is happening. Can you tell us which Windows version you are using? I have tested the inventory functions you have outlined using IE 6.0 / Win 2000 and I am not having the same problem.

Tried from another computer running XP and IE 6.0 and everything worked fine. I wrote down the settings, and will see if my internet option settings compare.

After trying numerous fixes, everything is working now. I was running Zone Alarm Pro 3.0 and I beleive one of the settings may haave been causing the problems. I un-installed it and re-installed it and now everything is working.
Thanks,
Dan
