I have an auction that ended with BIN (ebay #1763682241). I have refresed the active auctions screens several times and it is not moving to closed. Is there another way to get it to move to closed and send an automatic WBN? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The best way to get your BIN auctions to move to closed in a more timely manner is to use Mailstep. For more information on this, click here.
