Hello all. My first ever post. Only been with you a couple weeks and so far all has been very well up until this weekend. I have been experiencing the following problems. I cannot list thru the sales manager as the images .. templates .. discriptions .. html... etc are not "formatting" on the screen. I either have to scroll far far left .. or right ect so view listings. I tried launching an auction anyway.. and that is how it formatted to ebay.. Help Help please. Also .. auto archived instructions posting to auctions the same way.. this is frustrating! I want to use your service and I can't!!!!!! SERIOUSLY. Please help! Deb

Hi Deb,
The problem lies with your default text -- it is the HTML that is causing it to be so wide. At first glance I see quite a bit of <center> tags used that don't close out and I think that is what is shifting them all. I recommend that you review the HTML and use the eBay preview on the create listing page to see how it is going to turn out.

THANKS! I will give it a try...will let you know how it all turns out.. another question. If I DON'T USE THE HTML <CENTER> .. at all will the discription ect .. still be centered on the templates?
Will practice in meantime... Your a JOY! Thank you.. again, Deb

Hi Deb,
You could use one <center> at the top and then one </center> at the bottom -- that will center the default text in whatever template you use. You'll probably be able to see it better once you change the HTML and preview it. Good luck!
