I just used your inventory function to lanch about a hundred of my auctions. I ONLY HIT THE BUTTON ONE TIME BUT YOUR SYSTEM LISTE EACH AUCTION 4 OR 5 TIMES. I am only now trying to figure out how many times each auction is listed. This is going to take me hours. eBay has charged me $251. I can only wonder how many $$ you are charging me. I ONLY WANT EACH auctiopn listed ONE TIME. How are YOU going to HELP me fix this. I need to know immediately.

Unfortunately, we are not setup for phone support at this time. Were you launching these online or through Sales Manager Pro? Duplicate auctions may result during the create auction process online accidentally double-click on the "launch" button. They may also result from Sales Manager Pro uploads in which the Auction Sync feature is used again after an error during synchronization. Sometimes auctions are uploaded before the error is produced, thus we recommend checking your online account and/or email account before uploading again. You will need to cancel the duplicates directly on eBay. If there are too many, their customer service department should be able to help you cancel in bulk.
