This afternoon while i was not even on Auctionwatch, 200 more auctions were launched by you. WHEN WILL THIS F***ING insanity end?? How dare you not give me the courtesy of a phone call when I have over $500 in auction fees. You all better credit my account for these auctions. I did not hit a button twice. I did nothing wrong. Please call me!!!!!

I just checked again and most of these auction are listed 8 times!!!!!!!!!
I sent ebay an e-mail but they may take 36 hours to get back to me. My account balance with them because of this is OVER $600.00. I can not pay this. I am afraid to look at my auctionwatch balance. I am SICK over this. I just had to leave work sick. And you blame me for this. I CAN 100% GUARANTEE THAT I DID NOT HIT THE BUTTOM 8 TIMES. if you look and see you will find that a bunch of these duplicates happened hours after this first happened. i was on my computer before, and I got hit with a deluge of e-mails saying over a hundred auctions were duplicated. I did nothing wrong here. there is a glitch in your system. Do YOU KNOW FOR A FACT THAT EBAY WILL END THESE AUCTIONS IN BULK FOR ME AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT?? Can you help me contact them. Please help me

Hello,

How are you launching these, are they being launched from inventory online, or offline in BE or Pro? Please let us know. Do you use the recurring launch feature? I understand you are frustrated and was not implying that it was your fault, but it is important to let us know how these were created and if they were scheduled as recurring so we can get down to the bottom of this. eBay will normally refund listing fees for situations like this, if the auctions are ended right away.

Regards,

Sonya

Sonya,
The auctions were listed using the Auctionwatch inventory feature, not offline. They are not recurring, I have never used that feature.
This is what I did:
1) I clicked on DISPLAY OPTION - INVENTORY
2) I clicked on SELECT ALL
3) I clicked on LAUNCH
4) I clicked on CHOOSE SITE
5) I selected EBAY AUCTIONS
6) I launched the auctions - AND I ONLY HIT THE BUTTON ONE TIME.

I carefully hit the button only one time because I previously had a problem with double auctions at the end of August before i left on a cruise. I only discovered this when I returned home a few days ago. I would like a crdit for these auctins also.

How can i possibly cancel 7 of the 8 multiple listed auctions with eBay, approximately 700 auctions. It would take me HOURS.

I ask you again to call me at 646-734-6741, we can share information faster and i will feel better.

Jim
