Since this morning, Sales Manager and actually all of AW including www.auctionwatch.com has been loading painfully slow on my computer. Using DSL and no other websites are having this problem. Is something going on?

Hello,
We are not experiencing any technical issues at the moment that would result in this problem. Can you run a traceroute, and post the results? To run a traceroute, go to Start -> Run and type tracert www.auctionwatch.com

Good Morning.. along with many other problems I have had with AW .. for the last week.. I too am experiencing the site running TERRIBLE S-L-O-W!! Running IE.60 .. windowsME..HELP PLEASE!!!

I am going to forward the results of your traceroute to our engineers, as I am not able to interpret this (to me it looks like there should not be a problem, but - I could be wrong!) I will let you know what they say.

Hi, I,m also having a tough time with AW today. But only with image hosting. I click download - the bar moves about 1/4" across and freezes up. And also freezes my whole computer. The only way I can get out is by manually shutting my computer down. has happened three times. Please advise. I just downloaded a zone alarm site yesterday to protect against hackers and email virus and it hasn't affected any other sites. Could this possibly be the problem? Just grasping at straws here. Still having problems with slowness. Only happens on AW. No other sites seem to have these problems. I'm using IE 5.5 SP2 with DSL. Called my ISP - no latency or packet loss issues.
PLEASE HELP! No one got back about the trace from last week.

Hello mkanayama,
I'm sorry that you are still experiencing slowness. We made a tweak last week that should have helped - if it didn't, would you mind doing another tracert and posting the results here again, so that we can compare them?
