WBN reminders are being sent automatically to various customers who have paid, been printed, shipped and notified, I have left feedback and they are being dunned for no apparent reason. I have gotten a number emails basically telling me to $%^^% @#$, I can ruin my customer relationships on my own I don't need AW for this. What gives, as usual I'm sure that I am not the only one affected. Here's one of the printable emails:

YOU ALREADY MAILED THEM AND I RECIEVED THEM. THANK YOU. WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED?
Here's another!
Hi,
All was paid for. I went to the link and it showed
paid also:
Payment
ONE MORE FOR THE ROAD:
Hi Dave,
I did fill out the fornm and also contacted you to tell you that I was going
to bid on one more auction which ends tomorrow and then I will be done and
make the payment. Thank you much.
I was having this problem with payment reminders and had to shut that feature off automatic now WBN reminders are going out to accounts that have filled them out so I'll turn that off. As AW never posts when fixes to these bugs appear I'll never turn them back on. The bottom line is if I turn off enough features there will be nothing left.
WHY ARE THESE NOTICES GOING OUT TO CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE PAID?
If anyone else is having this problem and is aware of it I would be interested.
I am beginning to suspect that every customer in Post Sale Magement has been sent one of these emails today but as no record is accessible to me I have no idea.

Hello davebraun,
I do not know why your reminders are going out if the WBN response was received - did you uncheck this step in post-sale by any chance? The only thing I can think of other than a glitch in the system (which we will certainly investigate) is that you unchecked step 2 to make an edit and it was after the specified date range in your preferences.
Please let us know if you unchecked step 2 at any point. I will forward this to engineering as soon as I hear back.

No, One through Seven were all completed and checked the messages were sent after the conditions had been satisfied. I have now disabled the automatic reminder feature. I had this problem with payment reminders also where Payment received had been checked and reminders were sent anyway. I disabled auto send for that message also. Currently I have no autosend features enabled with the exception of payment received.

This is an email from an account that was paid on 8/28 all boxes were and are checked, the system is off yet here is their response:
i guess i am confused because the invoice/packing slip says the bone glass elephants from the ebay auction and the following 2 items from aw store front - mini bells silver finish and doggie pendants were paid for.
your order # 541049435. and my payment was made through paypal on or about 8/29. It is also showing on my credit card statement.

Yet this person was sent a payment reminder as the subject of the email was re:payment reminder.
