If we have our settings marked to send the reminder automatically do we receive any kind of verification from Auctionwatch that it has been sent?

Hello,

There is no CC, or indicator currently for when the payment reminder is sent. It will simply send the reminder once, every X number of days that the WBN going unanswered.
