Help. More and more customers are unable to go to auctionwatch and this is causing me tremendous problems. Am I alone on this? Seems like a big problem with aol and juno.com as well as some others. What's up?

Just had two requests for shipping this morning, one said AW was asking for country repeatedly when country already given. That's it for me as far as problems. I have not heard anyone say they could not use the link at all.
I use Juno and often click on my buyer's checkout link to complete information, so I don't think they are having a normal access problem, maybe just a problem with the way the link appears in e-mail?

They cannot click on the link, but more importantly, over a dozen never received their WBN! Yet my sales manager said that they had been sent. I have now 3 neutral feedbacks because of a problem that occured with a customer who thought I hadn't bothered to email her. The others have all been very nice so far, but as you can imagine, 3 neutrals has me really upset, and I also don't know how long people will be so nice when they think I have ignored them! I am thinking of just using ebay's notification system, since this is a risk I cannot take.
