I have had several customers reply to me that they have been recieving the auto reminder notices long after I have shipped and mailed there product and they have recieved it. What's up with that . A couple were pretty upset and I don't blame them.

Hi Karrycourt,
If you don't check off the PSM keys when a step has been completed, and you have the auto reminders activated, they will go out anyway. To make sure this does not happen in the future, if you have completed a step make sure you have the key checked off.

I have had this problem and it is discussed in another thread. To the best of my knowlege it has not been fixed as yet and I have shut the thread.
