When customers mail their payment to me, I ask that they include their printed out Order Confirmation page. I have noticed that on about 2/3's of the ones that I receive the dollar amounts on the right of the page are not printing. It is very annoying to me that part of the most important thing to my customers is not printing, and if that many people are having this happen perhaps it needs to be brought over to the left of the page a little. Is anyone else having this problem? (It doesn't happen on my printer.)

Yes, the page is not printer friendly if the payment column were right justified it would work more universally or at least what was cut off wouldn't matter.

Hello,
Are they sending you the final page? Or the order confirmation page that gives the total and has the checkout button to finalize the process?

They are sending me the final page. The page they send says "Thank you! Your order has been confirmed".

I came on this forum to find an answer to the same problem. When the customer prints out the order confirmation page, the totals, including shipping, insurance and total due are cut off. The only thing that prints it the auction ending amount.
This is beginning to create quite a HUGE problem for me. I have had at LEAST 5 customers over the last month that have sent me the amount for the auction win ONLY, not the shipping, because of this printing error.
AuctionWatch PLEASE do something about this. It is a huge hastle to have to e-mail my customers and tell them I can't ship their item until I receive the balance due, and then wait for the payment to arrive.

Same problem here. Several payments were short and also gotten some natsy emails from people that got to the post office to buy the money order before they realized the shipping amount was cut off.

I have been having the same problem since 1 April and have posted many request for AW engineers to fix this and the invoices that have the same problem. Still have the right section of the invoices that don't print. Do not expect any change in the current status of the printing problems. Engineers either do not know how to correct the problem or are not addressing the request to correct the problem.

This problem has gotten worse since the change to put the store ad on the Order Confirmation page. I always print out this page for my files, and before the change the totals did fit on my printed page. But now they do not. The thing that erks me is that my store is "under construction" and the stupid Store stuff shouldn't even be on that page. I do not want it there! Please address this problem. This is a big issue!!!

Hi,
Has this error been looked into? I received another payment yesterday that was short 75 cents becaue of the Confirmation Page not printing out right. The copy that was sent to me doesn't even have the decimal point printed, so I looks like customer owes $15 instead of $15.75 - Please realize that customers print these things out then take them to purchase a Money Order. They can't remember what the exact amount is, so they rely on their print out. This is not an enhancement, it is an ERROR!!! Has it been looked into?
