Hi - I'm fairly new to AW so I don't know if I'm not doing something right or what. I had several auctions end yesterday that are missing completely from my SALES MANAGER page. The only auction that closed yesterday that actually IS showing up in my Post Sale section is #2055044042. Nothing after that. Where have these disappeared to? Any information/insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mary

Hello Mary,
Are the auctions that do not appear in your closed list Buy It Now items? There can be a delay in these items dropping to closed if you do not have our mail relay system enabled. If you do not want to use the mail relay system, you can check the items in your active list and then click the "refresh" button at the top of the Sales Manager page. Give the system a few minutes, and the items should drop to closed accordingly.
If the missing items are not Buy It Now items, can you tell us what the item numbers are, and also how they were listed (ie. relist on AW, relist on eBay, eBay Store item, etc.)

OK, after checking into this, I've found that all were relisted from eBay site and were also "BUY IT NOW" items. The auction #'s are as follows: 1766740801, 1766437603, 1767015244, 1767016192, 1766736479, 1766737662, 1766739495, 1766754791, 1766740801 - all of these were relisted from eBay site and were also "BUY IT NOW" items.
