We are aware that some users are experiencing launch errors that reflect "unknown error" or "response from auction site unexpected" when launching items to Yahoo. We believe that this is due to the high volume of auctions being listed on Yahoo's free listing day.
If your Yahoo auctions error on launch, please check Yahoo to make sure that the items did not indeed launch. After you have checked, you may try resubmitting them.
We are checking on our end to see if there is anything we can do to reduce these errors, but we believe at this point that the problem is at Yahoo.

Any update on this? I spent quite a bit of time getting auctions ready last night and I hope it is not going to be a waste of time.

I would like to know too. I have 247 still erroring out. All afternoon I keep resubmitting them and then they error, and I resubmit again. I don't think it's yahoo's problem.

Hello,
Resubmitting the items should allow them to be accepted. It seems that Yahoo has just been overloaded today with the free listings.
Since we connect to eBay through their API program, we have priority back door access and would not run into the same errors you would as when listing through normal (standard user) channels as with Yahoo.

Hello,
Ihula appears to have since been able to resubmit most all of your 247 items.
(there are three still in processing)
mantczak - If you have not done so already, resubmit any remaining items you have in an error state from earlier in the day as Diana mentioned earlier on.

It is STILL not resolved. I have lauched them over and over all night up to 10 minutes ago and they are still not launching. I need to go to bed so I can get up for work. I will schedule them to launch in an hour and hope that by then it is fixed.
