I am constantly having problems with auction not showing up in post sale after they close with winning bidders on yahoo. I am currently missing two auctions! Please Fix this problem!

Hello therubberduckie,

We are currently looking into this issue - would you mind posting the numbers of the missing auctions? Also, did these items close with Buy Now?

I have a Yahoo! Auction that closed with one bid sitting in my "unsold" auctions. Could I get assistance moving it sold auctions? AW correctly shows the one bid. Thank you.

Here are the auction #'s that are missing. And yes they were both buy now auctions. It seems like the buy now ones are the only ones that ever show up missing.

Hello,

Thank you for providing the auction numbers. Engineering is looking into it now. I will post back here and let you know the status of the problem.

Ddeva -- did you edit this auction at all, after it launched to Yahoo?

No, I never edit any auctions to yahoo.

I don't recall editing the auction. I do notice that when I don't received Yahoo!'s win notice, the item does not move to sold.

Yahoo! has two notices CLOSED and WON. I received the "Closed" e-mail, but not the "Won" which may follow.

I've also noted these problem auctions do not show up in my Yahoo! Auctions (not AW) closed auctions area for several days. This may be impacting AW somehow. Good luck .

Hi Ddeva,

When you receive the "won" notice from Yahoo, do you get the post sale keys? I did not realize that they send out two notices.
