I checked one of the auctions that had a complaint on it and it looks like it was launched without c2it and paypal as payment options. Did you double check them when listing to make sure they were selected?
I checked a couple of your active auctions as well, and C2it and Paypal were not selected in the WBN. You can edit the WBN for each of them though to include them as payment options. To do this, go to the Active link in your control panel. Select all the auctions and hit the Set WBN icon. Then for each option, edit the WBN, and check off C2it and PayPal.

Ok, I believe I found a bug.
When I am importing my ebay auctions (created elsewhere) into Auctionwatch
and go to Active, set WBN.
I have made sure my seller preferences are set up to allow Paypal Payments and C2it and Direct CC as well as Billpoint.
When I select "Set WBN" to on, it does switch the WBN notification to on for those auctions, BUT it deletes the following payment options:
Paypal
Direct CC
C2it
It seems to only remember the
payment types of:
Billpoint
Money Order
I have played with this several times and each time I go in and edit each auction's WBN manually to allow my global preference of Payment types (paypal, c2it and direct cc)
and click Save Preferences.
The next auction i try still to set WBN for still reverts back to "forgetting" those particular payment types.
I did not have this problem with the last batch of auctions I imported, this seems to have occured last week sometime.

Hi Susan,
I am not clear on how you were able to make PayPal show up as an option without editing before. The system cannot import that information as there are no specific fields at eBay to specify that you accept PayPal or C2IT.
Additionally, preferences are only applied to new listings, so imported auctions will not have preferences applied either. You will need to manually edit your listings prior to the auction close to add what specific payment options you have available.

What i'm saying is that after importing my auctions into Auctionwatch
When I go to set the automatic WBN and edit the WBN for them, previously Auctionwatch stored my seller preferences and applied them as the default WBN options to each imported auction.
Now, when I do the same thing it "forgets" some of my seller preferences, namely payment types of :
Paypal
Direct CC
C2it
It does "remember" and apply all my other seller preferences, so the bug is why is it
forgetting these three payment types?????

Hi Susan,
When are you going into edit these listings where you see the preferences set, that you then go back and see them missing?
I am confused as to when you see these options appear, that you then later see them gone? technically, preferences for post sale are only applied to new listings - meaning when you import, you would be expected to specify anything outside of the specific eBay create listing field options - namely PayPal, C2IT and direct CC.
