This is a new one for me. I have a winning bidder who said she did not receive my original WBN notice (since resent and received) she did say that she received the Ebay notice and A NOTICE FROM PAYPAL. I do not have it set up with paypal to send notices, only with AW. She was kind enough to forward that notice to me and it appears that the customer has requested from paypal that notices be sent to her at auction end. Is there any way to stop that from happening. It's confusing enough to get some customers to use AW WBN, but now each win receives 3 notices! I thought the seller had control as to what was sent (or not) at auction end. Please, if anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Planejane,
To stop the PayPal WBN, you will need to log into your PayPal account and disable the option from your preferences. If you have trouble with that, you may want to contact their customer service group for assistance.

Hi Sonya, I do have that disabled in my account. Apparently the buyer requested it. I'm waiting for paypal to get back to me and will let you know if I find out anything of interest. Thanks.
