This is the 1st out of 1000's. I received a payment via mail and when I went to awaiting payment, alas the auction could not be found. I did a search on the number and it could not be found. The ebay id # is 714928386 and it closed a couple of minutes after 10 PM on Sept. 19. Can you offer any explanation and any suggestions how to capture all the buyer info and print shipping labels. Thanks Steve

Hello Steve,
This item did not appear to be showing up in your statement anyplace, which I believe means that (based on the plan you are on) you relisted this item directly from eBay rather than the closed section from here on AuctionWatch.
Is this the case? If so, this is why the item was not automatically tracked, and why you will need to use the 'tack other listings' option and the item number to bring it into your closed list at this time. You need to use the other option because the item has already closed.

NO Chris, you are not even close, but it my bad. If you had investigated a little deeper you would have found the same thing I did. The auction closed with NO winning bidder. The customer just used that auction ID and sent the money like he won it. I should have caught that before bothering you. Sorry for the waste of your time as I know there are a lot of other more pressing issues. I would also like to say that AuctionWatch has finally made the turn for the better as a tool for volume sellers. The new communication features has increase the number of WBN's being filled out and has decreased the number of people who owe me money. Thanks to AW.

I really DO have a missing auction (717188308) that closed with a BIN bid. I can get that auction imported into my sales manager and the customer has purchased another auction and I need to combine items into one order. I have tried using the import and tracking tools, but must not be doing it right.
I have NEVER relisted or listed any items directly from eBay so that is NOT the cause of the problem. (just thought I would tell you that upfront and save you one message to me).
