I have a formal Yahoo! Non-Paying Bidder. I have already escalated the complaint and received a refund.

How do I move this sale from "Awaiting Payment" to "Unsold"? Thank you .

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no way to remove the winner and put the auction in Unsold. You can uncheck all the PSM keys and relist it when you are ready.
