hi - i have used auction watch for years from webtv. i have not listed auctions for about 5 days and went to list tonight and i cannot get to the listing page - everything works as before but now i select ebay "new auction" and click on continue and nothing happens - when is this problem going to be fixes and what work around is there - do i need to find another picture hosting service after all these years??
Our engineers are currently investigating the issue you have outlined, which is due to the WebTV platform being javascript-incompatible. While we do not actively support WebTV at this time, we will do our best to resolve this issue if at all possible. In the meantime, you can work around this by listing on eBay directly, and selecting "Other Auction Site" from our image hosting form, then copy/pasting the code containing your image URLs into the eBay listing form.

HI - I HAVE USED AUCTIONWATCH FROM WEBTV FOR YEARS WITHOUT A PROBLEM - IF THERE IS NOW A JAVA SCRIPT PROBLEM IT IS BECAUSE YOU CHANGED SOMETHING - CHANGE IT BACK OR HONESTLY TELL US THAT YOU NO LONGER WANT WEBTV USERS AND WE WILL GO ELSEWHERE - YOUR WORK AROUND IS CUMBERSOME AND OBVIATES THE CONVENIENCE OF AUCTION WATCH - IF YOU CANNOT CHANGE IT BACK SO IT WORKS I GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO FIND A SITE THAT IS CONVENIENT AS YOU ONCE WERE.- BEST - JOHN

GOOD EVENING JOHN, I POSTED A MESSAGE A FEW DAYS AGO ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM OF NOT BEING ABLE TO ADD AN IMAGE WITH WEBTV. CHRISTOPHER WAS KIND ENOUGH TO ANSWER ME AND GAVE ME THE SAME ANSWER HE GAVE YOU. WHAT I DID WAS PUT MY AUCTION ON EBAY THEN GO BACK TO AUCTION WATCH AND GET MY PICTURE AND CLICK ON THE ADD TO EBAY AND THEN ADD TO EXISTING AUCTION. I THEN CLICK ON CONTINUE AND ON THE NEXT PAGE, I ADD MY ID AND PASSWORD AND THE ITEM NUMBER FROM THE AUCTION I JUST LISTED ON EBAY. I FOUND OUT IT IS EASIER THAN PUTTING THE URL IN. NOW, HAVE I CONFUSED YOU? I HOPE NOT!! JAN EBAY ID DUCKYMAW.

hi - thanks for the help - if it works it would be easier - i will try today - i just don't like the ebay listing pages - four or five instead of the one at auction watch - it takes more time with all the junk ebay has put into their listing pages - best - john
The image hosting launch page has been updated to reflect new category choices at eBay.
As a result, this page has grown significantly larger and it takes more time to show on the WebTV screen. Could you please try again and wait longer while the page loads, even if apparently nothing happens on your screen in the meantime?
