Does AW support eBay stores? I want to use AW to stock my store and host the pictures. Is that possible? Not sure, I cannot find a way to launch store items in the Sales Manager. Any info would be helpful!

Hello,

AuctionWatch does not currently support listing items to the eBay storefront. You can however still use your images hosted here, by taking the HTML/URL for your images here and pasting it into the item description box on the ebay store listing form.

To obtain the code which contains a link to your image, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Image Hosting page within Auction Manager
2. Check the box next to the image(s) that you wish to attach to your auction
3. On the bottom of the page, click the "attach" button
4. Verify the image and click "Continue"
5. On the next page, copy and paste the entire block of HTML (which includes your image URL) into the description box of the auction listing form.

If you wish to use only the image URL, it/they will be embedded in the HTML code generated by our system.

Thanks! I appreciate the response. At least I can use the picture hosting. Hopefully in the near future AW will develop a program to support the stores. That would be so much easier to be able to track everything together at AW.

That brings up an interesting question. If a user exports images to eBay Stores from the AW library, what is the fee scheduling? Every 10 days, 30 days, etc.? How would fees be assessed if a user takes a 90 day listing in the eBay Store?

Hi Wabbit15,

If you are on the standard plan your image fees are 10 cents per image with 4 cents each additional image per listing.

Kindly confirm. I read, then, that if I link my images from AW library to an eBay store for 90 days, the cost will only be .10 for the 1st image and .04 for any additional for the same ad for the total 90-day period?

Hi Wabbit15,

I have double checked on this and am confirming with you that because it is not a listing originating from our system, you will be charged the image fee of 10 cents per image.

Regards,

Sonya
