I have current Yahoo! Auctions running. They do not show under my active auctions. When I try to import them (import auctions >select Yahoo! Auctions > Add correct Yahoo username > click import button) I get a no active auctions found message, though the auctions are active.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Have you tried the Track button? Did you try tracking in by auction ID number?

Robin,

I just gave that a try. Same result: "No listing found for selected id."

ID 69368025 at Yahoo

Hi Sourcefactor,

I was able to get it in active auctions. It looked like it was a relist from an auction launched before.

Sonya,

Can you tell me what you did? I assume you used the auction ID, but I have several and don't want to have to do that for each one if I can avoid it.

These are all relists.

Thanks

Hello,

They were in closed. What I did was delete them via the Archive button, then retrack them in.

I still get "No listing found for selected user." when importing by username. Will that work with relisted?

It was able to import Yahoo auctions with no problem when I first started using AW.

Thanks

I archived all the closed Yahoo auctions. I tried to import via user again. Still the same result.

Will I have to import one by one via id?

Hi Sourcefactor,

You might want to try by auction ID number. If you are still having trouble, give me a couple of the IDs and I'll try again from my end.

Sonya,

Rather than go one by one by one... by ID number, shouldn't the import by userid work?

Hello,

It should, but these are relists you did directly on Yahoo and they had been sitting in closed since they had the same ID number so I don't know if the behavior will work that way. Are you still having trouble?

Sonya,

I was able to add them one by one... by one *smile* using the auction ID for each.

Any idea why importing via user id did not work and how I can avoid this issue in the future?

Thanks

Hi Sourcefactor,

It looks like Yahoo reuses the same number for a relist, which is why you weren't able to track them in correctly. I am not sure if anything can be done about this but I will escalate this thread. To avoid this problem in the future you may want to consider listing through Sales Manager to Yahoo.
