I have been asking since April that engineering correct the print out of the Invoice/Adress labels, nothing has been done yet.
There has been multiple requests for this problem to be corrected without any action to solve the problem.
As sellers and consumers, it is pathetic to have to write in the total at the far right of every invoice. I pay very good money for a service that apparently is not reading any of the problems encountered by the consumers utilizing their service.
And that is all that I have to say about that.
Kind Regards,
Robert Russell

In responce to shadowwand
> It is difficult when you make requests and they go un addressed , I can only assume Auctionwatch Contracts out all of its programming and doesnt have the ability to make changes on the fly but in quaterly updates or something . I do hope they can make this fix as it affects everybody

I have a customer whos name is McCuller when they got there invoice it was MCCULLER and he mentioned how non profesional this was , please allow an option whether to have the capitols or not

A few things:
1) I print labels all the time (had one the other day with about 40 characters in one line) and have never had it run off the page -- it just shifts to the left. I just print on plain paper, though. Are you printing on adhesive shipping labels? If not, you might want to fool around with your page setup. I've seen others report that they've solved the problem that way.
2) One advantage of the all-cap printout is that when a customer fills out the form and doesn't capitalize anything, you don't have to go in and edit it like we had to before.
3) AW is supposedly rolling out fixes and new features based on the results of the user survey a couple of months ago. Of course, they never announced the results of that survey (such as priority for new features), so we don't know. What you're asking for on the all-cap option may be way down the list, or not on it at all, but don't expect an answer -- from the answers I've gotten on other issues recently, I think the people on this end really don't know. Speculation that actual programming is done elsewhere may be correct. That may be why AW never announces a new feature until after its been released to the site. Could be they are as surprised as we are when a change is made.
