I am opting to close my store rather than pay extra fees to keep it open - have found a way to have my own website and sell from there. I want to keep my Standard - pay as you go Sales Manager and Image Hosting Plan. I have alot of items in my inventory. I assume I will lose the items in my storefront that were never auction items, but will I lose any other inventory or other management tools? The "choose your store plan" notice was VERY misleading!

Thanks

Hi Lissadivamama,

The inventory will remain untouched. Only your store will be closed, and you will no longer be able to list in your store.

I didn't remember that I even had a store. I use Auction Watch to host pictures and create my auctions in AW Pro. Right now I cant'get to the screen that lists my auctions. So if you don't have a store can you not use AW I just keep getting the screen that says chose an option and that you cant use the services.

Hi Mildreds,

If you are getting the Store expiration page upon login, right after you log in click on the "choose later" link towards the bottom. This will bypass the store selection page.

I think the stores are a good value for someone selling new items but it does not meet my needs with the used items that I sell. I am wondering about the storefront logo that I created when I did the store. Is that still available to use on auctions? It shows up on the list but I want to make sure it will be on them.

Hello,

Is the logo in your images list? You should still be able to use it.

Regards,

Sonya
