To Whom it may concern:
I keep getting an ERROR message when i try to file the Non-paying Bidder and Final Value fee. (when i click on the error, it states that Login failed) however, I can work through the sites okay. I don't know what the problem is.
I try using this under the the link
Post sale --> awaiting payments -- > then i select those onces where it says that I can sent the non-paying bidder notice; however it fails on me even though it has not pass the 45 days.
I have already miss a lot of the deadlines and it is costing me a lot of money for not getting pay and the final value fee that's been taken. I hope I can get an answer quickly.
We have alerted engineering of this problem, and will post back to this thread when more information is available. We tested your account, and could not see any cause for them to have failed at this time.

I tried again, and still does not work. Please help me soon, because it is going to expire (over 45 days), and i cannot file anymore.
Are these auctions Dutch or fixed price? Sorry for the delay, but currently we are only able to submit NPB reports and FVF credits on regular auction items.
