I am trying to add an image to an existing auction on eBay. I have typed in my eBay ID, eBay password and auction number. A message comes back: couldn't find password. I have not changed my password or ID name. They work just fine on eBay. What is going on? I need to get some auctions going. Thanks
Please make sure you have the correct eBay information stored in your AW account. Go to your My Account tab to Auction Site Accounts. You will see your eBay ID stored there -- click on Edit, and make sure you have the right password and that you also have your email address there. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.

Okay, did that. Same problem. I have never had a problem before. I have not changed my password or ID. These are the same ones I have been using for years!

Try shutting down your web tv box for a few minutes, then going back in and attaching the image again. If this doesn't work then you should try the other method of attaching images, which is getting the HTML for it and copying and pasting it to the auction revision form.

Same thing happened to me. Cannot attach image because I get the error message "cannot find password" (which I too have been using for years). I also went into "MY ACCOUNT" and made sure the password is right. It's too much trouble to paste information. I'll just stop using this 'service' if it's not convenient. LR

I'm having the same damn problem, and I'm getting tired of it. For the third time this week I'm having trouble attaching images. I just launched 26 auctions on eBay through their "Seller's Assitant" program and now I can't attach my images because AuctionWatch can't find my password! Never had this problem before this week and I've been using AuctionWatch for nearly 4 years!
AuctionWatch, it's time for your engineers to start burning the midnight oil and fix this glitch, because this situation is just plain unacceptable!
This issue has been escalated to engineering, regarding the inability to attach images to existing auctions. As soon as it has been resolved I will let you know by posting back in this thread.
