Can you please tell me exactly how I can use the email feature in the customers area. Sonya referred to a place that I must accept terms in an older message, but I can't find it. I would like to use this feature, but can't seem to get it to work. Thank you!

Hi Christopher. I verified my email address - still no luck. I am opening my customers folder. Selecting a buyer. Choosing email option in action window and clicking go. Nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

I can't delete names either. I created a new folder and now I can't highlight just one folder to search - they all come up highlighted and won't let me deselect any of them. I tried to delete the folder, but it won't delete unless it's empty, so I went in and selected all names in that folder to delete them and it won't delete. Please help. If you guys can go in there please get rid of the SALE list folder. Also, how do I delete items. I've had this problem before without a resolution.

Hi Planejane,
When they come up highlighted, just click again on the folder of your choice -- that should select only that folder. You should try clearing your browser cache and perhaps restarting it. Let me know if the problem persists.

Hi Sonya, cache is empty - restarted system. Same problems. When I click on one folder it still keeps all highlighted. Also still unable to delete individual names. I need to know if the process I use as mentioned earlier is correct, or if I'm doing something wrong. Also, I verified my email address, but still can't get the email function to work.
Thanks

I am also unable to use this feature. I go to the customer page, check the name that I want to email, click on email in the action box, click on go, & my browser turns off. I am using WebtvPlus. I have no problem sending the wbn & other notices in the post sale express, or receiving responses from bidders.
