I am new to this and downloaded sales manager pro. When i tried to upload my pictures on it it would not let me but i could do it manually on the site. then when i tried to sync it to get my pictures up to auction manager pro it does not show the pictures. Can anyone talk me thru how to fix it?

Hi Laurie,
If you have already uploaded your images online, then open up pro and hit the synchronization button. Pro should then update with your preferences, and your images should download and go to the image bar.
