I am new to AW (on 2 wk trial period still) and have a few questions.
First I thought I saw somewhere in the help section that you could include "supersize" photo capability in the auction listings but now I cannot find that area in help. Is this an AW function? and if so, where is it? lol
Also, I read that you could insert a shipping calculator into your auction with I-ship but I cannot find this either.
Lastly, I am having problems with setting up profiles. Is it possible to set up my standard html's that I use everytime in my descriptions and pull it up in "create new listing"?? I have read the help pages on how to create a profile for inventory and batch listings but I still can't get this set up right.

Hi Mathercreek,
You can enable the "click to enlarge" image view in your My Account tab, under Global Preferences. Scroll down to the Auction Listing Options section -- you will see an option there to automatically scale down your images. Select that and save your preferences.
We have automatic calculation for shipping for USPS Priority -- not for Iship. You would have to obtain the HTML for a shipping calculator elsewhere, and insert it into the item description for your listings, if you want to give potential bidders the opportunity to figure out cost of shipping from their zip code to you.
Are you using Sales Manager or Sales Manager Pro? There is a default text box in Global Preferences -- anything that you place there will show up in every listing that you do, under the item description. If you wanted more than that, you can go to your inventory and create profile items there and save the HTML in the item description box.
