I sell many different types of items, and usually use UPS, but sometimes it is more appropriate to use USPS (for smaller, lower cost items). I would like to continue to offer "free" insurance for UPS shipping, and still offer insurance for USPS also -- but I want to charge actual cost for the optional USPS insurance, and provide UPS insurance for free. Is it possible to set up my preferences (for checkout,etc) like this??? Please let me know.
Unfortunately at this time, you can only offer one set of insurance which comes into the WBN as an optional choice. I can log a suggestion with product development to change this behavior if you like -- you can always include text in your WBN instructing winners who choose UPS not to select insurance, as you include it for free.

Thanks for the quick response. That's a good idea, in order to handle it for now. I would appreciate it if you pass on a suggestion, it would be a very useful feature to add in the future. Thanks!
