I would like to add another seller id to my auction watch program. Will I need to set up and pay fees for two AW accounts and download another version? I notice that Ebay has a program which allows up to 5 userids on the same program. Please explain the best way to complete this process and any helpful info you might add. TIA

Hi Ramabele,
Unfortuantely at this time you can only have one ebay ID per AW account. For your second one, you will need to open a second AW account under a different email address as well as sign up for a payment plan for that ID. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

If I decide to add the other userid and pay fees for two accounts with AW may I begin by receiving the two weeks free as a new customer? Can I give myself credit for the new customer at my old userid? In the future, when AW decides to begin letting us add several userids, (as I'm sure they will in order to keep up with the competition) do you believe I will have the ability to any and all userids easily to simplify my inventory/managerial problems? I'm trying to consider all future problems before I make this decision. Thank you for answering as best you can!

Although this is completely unrelated, I wonder if you might help me to correct this problem. I have for several weeks had problems with AW Sales Manager Display not completely there, as in blank spaces, red x's, and I have to refresh several times to get them all corrected. It especially happens anytime I delete an image and may be happening anytime I click another AW tab and then go back to Sales Manager. Any hints as to why this happens and how I might correct it?

Thank you! I will make my own assumptions on the unanswered...and YES I clear my browser cache, as a matter of fact, sometimes several times a day. For instance, I can clear the cache now which I will do, then I will go back to the Sales Manager tab and the display will have blank spaces where the gray arrow points to the auction, where the Ebay logo is, and sometimes on some of the closed auction post sales check lines (some are blank, some not!) Also, I can't remember where the red x'd square appears,but it happens on Ebay too. However, I only notice it to the extreme on AW. I know this must be an error within my own comp. display, but figured you must have others that have it too, and would know how to tell me to correct it.
