Hi - I decided to use eBay's Second Chance option to offer an item to the second highest bidder for an auction where the highest bidder did not respond. I imported this into AuctionWatch and the auction shows up in my post-sale management list. Now I want to enter the bidder's name and address (I took care of the payment notice manually) so that I will be able to print an invoice, etc. However, I get an error since there are no shipping options to choose from. Anything I can do about this now?

If you click the PSM keys, and look next to step 1, you will see an edit icon. You can edit the WBN and add shipping options here. If you have any trouble with this, please let us know.
