I've had many instances where the buyer pays immediately, and then I don't have any need to send out a WBN, nor do I need them to "checkout."
Problem is, I would like to include an invoice/packing slip with their package, but it doesn't show the shipping charges because technically no shipping auction was selected by the buyer (even though there was only one choice). If I enter it in seperately, it will show a negative balance.

Hi Kelly,
The only way to send out the invoice is to fill in the WBN for the buyer. You can easily do this yourself -- go to the fulfillment checklist and check off the box that says you have sent the WBN. Then, click the edit icon for step 2 of the PSM process and fill in the information for your buyer. Save the edits when you are done. Then you can go and print the packing slip since the address and shipping info you filled in will show up.
