I started a free trial with a user name I'll call 'first'. Went through and got everything set up, then discovery that my store URL would end with /'first', which I did not want.
So I went in and started a second free trial with user name 'dalesdeals'. When I tried to tie dalesdeals to my ebay account, it said I couldn't because that ebay account was in use by another autionwatch user ('first').
I went back to 'first' and deleted the ebay account. Then went into 'dalesdeals' and tried to add it. Still wouldn't let me, same reason given.
I don't need 'first' at all, I'll build everthing in 'dalesdeals', but can't get started until first let's go of my ebay account. I would just like to cancel 'first' altogether since I won't be using it. How do I do that?

Hi Dale,
To cancel the other account, send an email to [email protected] requesting closure. What is your eBay ID? I can put it in your 'dalesdeals' account for you.

Hi Dale,
I've moved your eBay ID to your account. All you need to do now is go to My Account to Auction Site Accounts. Click on the Edit link for your ebay ID and store your password and email address for eBay ID there. You should then be all set.
