First of all, is it possible to remove that thing at the bottom of my listings that mention my accepted payment methods?
Second, is it possible to turn off checkout? All I want is for AW to send out a winning bidder email with the fixed shipping cost I specify when creating the listing. I still want to be able to track pending sales/feedback, etc but I don't need my buyers to fill out their address and their payment preference; I just want to track them by their email and eBay ID.
1. Yes. Visit the My Account tab, then the Global Preferences link. From here, you can uncheck the box do display your payment options in your listings.
2. No. The WBN was setup only to be used to provide the buyer with payment and shipping options, and collect their shipping/payment information to be passed along to you. There are no options currently to modify this process.
