ORDER 548381278 & ORDER 548381279 are the same order including an ebay Auction? How did this happen, how can I get immediate credit for the order containing storefront items which does not exist or should not exist.

Hello,

The biller should not double charge you even if there was a duplicate order created in error.

If you ever notice that is not the case, please let us know.
