I have been consistently troubled with the fact that when my customers checkout and pay with Pay Pal the shipping amount is not included in the final amount even though they selected a shipping amount during checkout. I have had some customers tell me that they are unable to add it at the time of payment at Pay Pal. This continues to be a source of frustration as I am constantly directing them back to checkout to pay again for shipping or what I usually end up doing is generating a manual Pay Pal invoice. This kind of screws up the whole automated process right at the very end. No help yet from customer service after weeks...Anyone have any ideas? Seems to be an AW issue since I have never had this problem with Andale or Channel Advisor..

Hello scottyaloha,
When your customer clicks the Paypal link from our WBN, the shipping is actually added to the total - the reason your customers think that there is no shipping price included is that it is not presented as a separate value. We are working on a solution for this, which should be available shortly. I am sorry for any inconvenience that may occur in the meantime.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Most of my customers are complaining of the same thing. I thought I had set something up wrong. And no, it is not the combined amount. My customers are taking it upon themselves to send a second amount to cover the shipping. They are actually complaining about the Auction Watch site - not good as I like the system and don't want to learn another one. But this is driving me crazy! Further help? Cheers, Sharon

OK, Thanks Sharon...In response to Diana's answer above, I am getting shorted the shipping amount..it is not included in the payment. My customers are not annoyed..actually apologetic..like they did something wrong. The worst part is the extra time and effort it takes me. Hopefully AW will figure it out soon...I have tried just about every other auction manager out there and AW is great, affordable and easy to use. Except for this one glitch my life would almost be too easy...Maybe a fancier storefront with more design flexability (I can dream can't I)...Anyway, thanks for responding and keep in touch..Scott
