For the past two days, I've tried uploading auctions onto Ebay and I keep getting the error message "Synchronization Failed", Bad response from server: problem with images synchronization. What does this mean? I'm doing nothing different than what I've done for the past year. Your help is greatly appreciated. Hootietute

Hi Hootietute,
When you get that error message, click on the Details button. At the bottom it should tell you what image it is halting on. Once you see what it is, delete it from the image bar, and synchronize again.
You may upload the image that were halting synchronization directly to our website using the Image Hosting page, and then reimport them into SM Pro after they are online. This way, those particular images will not need to go through the synchronization process.
You Are GOOD! Thank you so much for the help, that is exactly what it was. Now my auctions are launched. I think the reason is the picture was 64KB and I now know that anything over 50KB to watch out for! Thanks again. Theresa
