I have set up my account to calculate tax for my state. However, I get many people from other states who will fill in the tax info. I then have to email them to change the information, or I have to refund money after I receive their check.
Can I set it up so that AW automatically calculates the tax for the sale after the buyer has entered the state info. If it is in Arizona, AW would apply tax. If not, then no tax. This would eliminate so many problems.
I left AW for Channel Advisor, but have now come back to stay. Their system calc'd the tax automatically. I really hate AW system which allows buyer to add tax manually.
