I am having problems with my WBN being sent promptly. I have recently changed information ie. email address which I have updated with AW, ebay, and billpoint (though this doesn't have anything to do with it. Am I possibly missing something? Please advise...

Sorry, I didn't mention that I am already set up for mailstep for this latency problem and have verified all of my accounts to make sure everything is current.
Currently there are two auctions including one that ended last night at 9:44pm that have not been sent WBNs.

Actually, there seems to be at least three and maybe more that won with BIN that still have not received a WBN including one from November 6th.
