I have the mailstep set up so that the latency problems do not occur, including the proper email accounts set up with AW, Ebay, etc. I am still having a problem with the following auctions 920161188/732634370. I have sent about 3 others manually, while I was checking into this problem, but left these two, so that AW can fix this problem as it exists. Please advise.

Hello Randy,

I tried searching your active items to see where it was stuck, but my own browsing from page to page may have moved the item into closed.

These were two days late. Did you get the end of auction notice on time for these two items, 2 days ago? The mailstep system works based on that email filtering through us first, perhaps if your end of auction notices have been behind, that would have been the cause. Please let us know.
