Hi Aw, I have been listing on AW using both a webtv and a laptop. On the webtv I have two favorite shortcuts. One for my auctions and another for my wifes. Each has its own User ID. On my laptop I've been having a problem putting two shortcuts on the desktop. When I go into mine I have to change the User ID and password to my wifes. Then I set that up as a shortcut. Figured that was the easy way to do it. The only problem was now when I go back to my shortcut the User ID is now my wifes. No matter which way I try it the same user ID shows up on both shortcuts.
I even tried just starting from scratch in the address bar by putting in www.auctionwatch.com figuring I could start a different site for my wife that way. But my User ID still shows up. Any advice would be appreciated to solve this little problem. Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,
The login is cookie based so the ID that will show up when you open the desktop shortcut is going to be the one of the last person to log in. If you are referring to the program Sales Manager Pro, let me know as I can give you directions on how to set up the shortcuts to the two different downloads.

Hi Sonya, no Pro - just lil ol Sales Manager. Is there no way to do it? Each time we switch off on using the laptop we have to change and retype the user ID. Steve
