is there a way that your ssystem checks for me which packeged has arrived or I have to do it manually?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not do checks on whether or not a package has been sent to a customer. You could put a note in your WBN or maybe your shipment notification for the bidder to email you once they receive the item, so you know that it has arrived.
