Is there anyway to cancel the auto relist on auctions already launched? I already changed it in my preferences but I need to cancel the ones already launched.

Thanks James

Hi James,

From the Sales Manager tab, click on the left to view your active items only first.
Next, select the items in question and hit the 'set auto relist' button, where you can edit/enable/disable this function.

I am trying to edit the auto relist too and I can not see the edit/enable/disable that you are talking about - I was in active and then checked off one that was set to relist and saw nothing about edit/enable/disable?
These end tonight and if they relist they will be ending next Thurday or Thanksgiving.
I also got an email from Paypal on my auto relist saying that my id or pass word was invalid or something like that - what's that about?
Thanks

Hello,

When you click on the Active link in the Display Options box, you should see a list of your active auctions with some icons above them. One of them should say Set Auto Relist with the circle of arrows. If you select your auction and click that icon it should change the status of your auto relist.

Sonya

Yes but there is no edit or disable button on that page??
I selected all the one that were schedule to auto relist - click the Set Auto Relist and then on the next page, I left them all blank and submitted.
The Auto relist icon is now gone on my active page so I hope that worked.
But there IS NO EDIT button available on the page I was on??
Thanks

Hello,

You did turn off the auto relist successfully, for any auctions that had it set for them.

I don't understand what you are trying to edit -- are you trying to edit the auction? Unfortunately that cannot be done until it ends, or you could use the Revise Auction feature on the listing to edit the active listing. If it's payment information you want to edit, then from the Active link, select the auction and hit Set WBN and follow through to the Edit WBN screen.

The only edit I was trying to do was to stop the auto relist on a few of my active listings. I was able to do it by guessing as there is no edit/disable button available.
You may want to pass that on!!!
Thanks

Hello,

The methods we gave in this thread disable the auto relist -- there is no edit link, the way to do it is once you have selected the auction and hit the Set Auto Relist icon, you'll be on the Set Auto Relist page. You can uncheck the Auto Relist Enabled option, hit Submit, and that turns it off.

I hope this is more clear as it seems like we had a mixup somewhere in this thread.

Regards,

Sonya
