Today I was preparing 15 auctions for launch at 5pm today. I was very very careful to make sure the launch was at that time so they would all close at the same time and allow for a full Sunday for bidding.
this has happened several times over the past few months. Why are these auctions launching immediatly rather than excepting the launch time that I am scheduling?

Correction, this group was launched to close in 7 days rather than 5 so they should have been launched at 5pm to close on tuesday at 5pm.

Gremlins.... I click on "community" and I get "my account". Four times in a row. So I was able to access "community" via the tool bar in "my account".

Hello,
Note that if you schedule your listings to launch at a time already past, they will launch immediately. This is most likely what has happened - you may have inadvertently selected AM instead of PM.
As for the navigation tabs - we changed the order of the tabs earlier today, so please clear your browser cache if they appear to be switching places.

Why don't we at lesast get an option to use 24 hour time instead of AM and PM? It should be the same way as ebay it. I hate it when I choose AM by mistake.

Diana,
thanks for the reply, however I am very careful about the AM PM issue and did select PM. when the auctions launched.
Another problem that happened in this past weeks auctions were one photo did not appear and in another auction the description was missing. These were all relaunch items and I made no changes. I repeat the auctions on a regular basis so I know it is a problem on your service or Ebay service. Any clues as to what's going on?
