I'm willing to sell internationally for almost all of my auctions. Instead of having to manually scroll down and click on that one thing, can I set it to be my default? If so, where? (Spell it out for me slowly, please--I'm technologically backward! Thanks. Adele

Thanks! I'd tried that before, but, silly me, I thought global preferences would do the job. When I went to Ebay preferences, I found it there. I appreciate your help!
