Hello,
From 8 pm on Tuesday through 12:40 am on Wednesday, a system failure caused intermittent operation of Sales Manager and Store Manager services. All services are now fully operational.

Since it's obvious that you failed to reply to anyone that posted to any of the boards last nite about this problem.
Why was there NO RESPONSE AT ALL last nite from anyone even acknowledging that there was a problem for over 3 1/2 hours. At least acknowledge that you know there is a problem, but you don't care!
You at Auctionwatch have never been very good at customer relations. I wish I could say that this is the first instance, but I gave up counting long ago. I get very disappointed with AuctionWatch. You always seem to be behind the eightball.
