For the past several days I have not been able to use the catagory menu. All I get are horizontal lines which will turn green when I click on them, but nothing shows up. This has been happening with eBay, Yahoo & Amazon auctions. When I do find the number & put it in the # box & save my listing, I'm told it has been saved but with errors on the page. I have rebooted my PC & still nothing. Any help on this? I'm not even sure if this will effect the listings I already have created & are waiting to launch.
Check your browser settings to make sure that you are accepting javascript -- if you are, try changing your settings to medium or low. This should eliminate the problem for you. If you have trouble let me know what browser you are using, and what version it is, so I can get you directions.

OK I tried all that you said to do. Still nothing. I have IE version 6.0, but have not fiddled with anything on this computer before this. I have been getting the catagories just fine until day before yesterday. I'm going to reset my Java settings back to where they were until I hear from you again.
Try clearing your cache, your cookies, making sure your Java settings are at least at medium safety. Then reconnect to the internet, log back in, and see if that allows you to select categories. Let me know if this doesn't work.
At this point, you will need to try reloading IE 6 as every workaround we have tried has not been successfull. Let us know if you continue to have this problem after you reinstall IE 6.
