Long story. Just got married. Had to change cc card and so they canceled my card and are in the process of renewing me a new cc. OK, so I go into AW and change my number to another card.
TODAY I lost my CC that I have on backup for AW. I wasn't even thinking about AW when I called the bank and told them to cancel THAT card. So of course I get a second notice from AW that my bank has rejected my payment (good to know that it's working anyway). I have put in a THIRD cc number. Can you make sure my AW account does not get canceled while I'm waiting on my new cards to get issued?

Hello Glassgrl,
Once you receive the new credit card information from your credit card company please follow these steps to update your credit card information. You should not see any interruption in your account at this time.
1. Click the "My Account" tab.
2. Click the "Personal Information" link.
3. Click the (edit) link next to the credit card information.
4. Enter the new credit card information.
5. Click the "Finish" button at the bottom of the screen.
Your credit card information should now be updated. Please feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance.

I know all that. I've done it twice today already. Meanwhile, can you tell them not to cancel my account? Who could believe I'd have to cancel two credit cards in one day?
(except me of course)
