Are you able to upload other images just not this one? If so have you tried renaming the image?
If you are having trouble uploading your images, please check the following:
1. Make sure your images are not too large in kilobytes - occasionally, images that are over 50 kb in size will cause your connection to time out.
2. Upload only one image at a time.
3. Close all unnecessary open applications, and disable any resident programs on your computer (virus-checkers, PIMs) as these use system resources and may interfere with image uploading.
4. Reinstall AOL or try an alternate browser such as Internet Explorer and/or Netscape.
5. If you are using a proxy server to enter the internet, check the proxy settings in your browser to make sure they are valid.
Please email us again if these solutions are not successful in solving the problem, and let us know how much RAM memory your system has, and which operating system you are using.
