I am asking again! How can I export the post sale data to an exteranl software like accounting software for exemple? And of course without going through the archiving features!

The monthly invoices can be downloaded and have most of what you may need. It will download to a spreadsheet. I used to delete the listing fee lines and the un-wanted columns and have a pretty good report. I added a column for the 'cost' of the item. Only problem is that I never could get auction watch to put the final price in a separate column so I had to do it manually. Kind of silly that they wouldn't make that simple change, but then that's auction watch for you.
